In case you didn’t know it, I’m something of a fan of New York-based web series High Maintenance. The show, created by husband and wife team Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair, first came on my radar earlier this year and only started 9 months ago, but it’s been getting more accolades than you can shake a stick at. And quite right too, as it’s been impressing everyone with it’s gentle, naturalistic style and incredible characterisation. The production team tweeted photos of the process of making prop cannabis for the show (what, you didn’t think it was real did you?) with cotton and dried parsley, indicating that the much awaited ‘cycle 4′ is in in pre-production. Their last three episode ‘cycle’ of weed deliveries premiered this April, so the fact that we’re getting another hit so soon is kind of a big deal for me. Some high-tech journalistic probing on my part has revealed that the new episodes should be out around the new year, making it a nice Christmas present for fans.
@GabrielNeil here's a clue: late December or early January.

If you don’t believe me on how good this show is, read the review, watch a few episodes and join me in my near-explosive excitement about a new round of High Maintenance. The last three cycles of the show can be found on vimeo here.
